Broken down into three 3-hour modules delivered over 3 weeks to help you manage your workload while you learn.

• Staff & Board Relationship

All participants will receive comprehensive resources, including checklists, to start improving governance straight away. Case studies will help participants apply governance principles to real-world environments. After completion of an assessment piece, successful participants will receive a Certificate in Non-Profit Governance from GPC.
