NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a virtual Annual General Meeting ("Meeting") of the Members of Governance Professionals of Canada will be conducted via ZOOM on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. EST to conduct the following business:

  1. Receive the report of the Board of Directors;
  2. Receive the Annual Audited Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2020 and the Report of the Public Accountant;
  3. Appoint the Public Accountant for GPC for the 2020-2021 financial year and authorize the Directors to fix the remuneration;
  4. Elect the Board of Directors of GPC for a term ending at the close of the next Annual General Meeting; and
  5. Transact further and other business as may properly be brought before the Meeting.
