Patricia Bood is an experienced director, executive, general counsel, corporate secretary and governance advisor. Patricia provides governance advisory services (www.puimac.com) and serves on boards of directors. She brings more than 25 years of legal, governance and operational leadership experience, where she built and led multi-functional teams and supported complex organizational and strategic initiatives.
