Kyla Hillmer is Vice President, Crown Services & Corporate Secretary at Crown Investments Corporation (CIC), the holding company for Saskatchewan’s commercial Crown corporations. She leads CIC’s legal, human resources, and governance functions, and oversees shareholder-directed policies that promote strong governance and accountability across the Crown sector.

With over 20 years in public sector leadership, Kyla brings extensive experience in strategic planning, finance, performance management, and governance. She has led many cross-government initiatives and provides oversight across a diverse portfolio of Crown corporations operating in sectors such as power, natural gas and water utilities, information and communications technology, gaming, and insurance.

Kyla is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. She has served on the board of Gradworks Inc.,an intern development program, and has advised the boards of CIC and its subsidiaries for two decades.
