Cancellations can be made up to July 15, 2024 @ 12noon EST. All cancellations must be received by email to [email protected] and are subject to a $150 administration fee. No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received after July 15, 2024 @ 12 noon EST.
GPC reserves the right to cancel an event or any associated functions at its sole discretion. In the event of such, a full refund will be made. GPC expressly excludes any liability for any direct or indirect losses or damages howsoever arising as a result of such cancellation and will not, for example, be responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.
In the event of cancellation, GPC will use reasonable endeavours to alert those who have booked to attend an event and details of any cancellation will be posted on the conference website page
Attendees are responsible for checking this information prior to the event.
In exceptional circumstances other refund arrangements may be considered and will be to the sole discretion of GPC.
Attendee name substitutions are allowed up to August 14, 2024.

No liability is assumed by GPC for changes to the program date, content, speakers, venues, or cancellation of the event. Refunds will not be issued for weather related cancellations.
Local tours and optional activities are subject to the tour providers' cancellation policy.
Guest Cancellation Policy:
Due to event confirmation and banquet guarantees, guest cancellations will only be accepted up to 72 hours before the GPC activity. Cancellations must be provided in writing to [email protected].
No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received after 72 hours prior to the event activity.
NOTE: This guest cancellation policy is only applicable to GPC coordinated events. Optional tours and activities abide by the tour operator cancellation policy.
