Oluremi ('Remi) Oyenekan is an experienced corporate governance and legal professional with a strong record of supporting boards and executive leadership teams in highly regulated sectors. Her expertise spans corporate secretarial practice, legal advisory, subsidiary governance, regulatory compliance, and board policy development.

Oluremi advises senior management and directors on governance frameworks aligned with expectations for provincially and federally regulated institutions. She has led the design and implementation of compliance calendars, board charters, and governance policies that strengthen accountability, transparency, and effective oversight across organizations.
