In today’s boardrooms, technical expertise is no longer enough. The most effective directors bring self-awareness, curiosity, and emotional intelligence to every conversation.
Curiosity is a powerful leadership capability. It helps directors challenge assumptions, navigate complex discussions, build trust around the table, and make better governance decisions.
This three-part interactive series explores how curiosity strengthens emotional intelligence and equips governance professionals with practical tools to improve boardroom dynamics, relationships, and outcomes.
Participants will learn how to:
- Develop greater self-awareness and recognize emotional patterns that influence decision-making
- Build psychological safety and stronger board relationships through curious listening and empathy
- Apply curiosity to lead with confidence and courage in complex governance conversations
Each short session combines reflection, discussion, and practical tools that can be immediately applied in the boardroom.
