In governance roles, performance is often measured by precision, responsiveness, and the ability to manage high-stakes work under pressure. But sustaining that level of performance—especially through intense periods like proxy season—requires more than technical expertise.

This session reframes performance through a governance lens, exploring how energy management, prioritization, and intentional ways of working are essential to long-term effectiveness.

Rather than focusing on burnout after the fact, this conversation looks at how governance professionals can stay steady, thoughtful, and effective during peak periods—without compromising quality or well-being.
