The Nomination Process: How to Nominate
The awards are open to all organizations, and to corporate secretaries, general counsel, governance and compliance officers at any company listed and head-quartered in Canada. Individual or team nominations will be accepted in each category.
In order for the nomination to be considered, materials submitted in support of the nomination should ideally relate to activities that took place between February 1, 2018 and April 31, 2019.
Nominations may be submitted in multiple categories; however, each submission requires an entry form for its respective category.
The judging committee is solely responsible for selecting winners, except for the Joyce Borden-Reed Award. GPC staff and board members will not be directly nor indirectly involved in nominating companies, selecting the shortlist, or choosing the winners. The judges’ decision is final and no negotiation will be entered into.
