Registration & Fees

  • all meals indicated on the conference program
  • access to all of the conference materials   

Registration fees do not include accommodation, travel, airport transfers or participation in the optional tours.

There are three phases and pricing structures to registration:

Note: Rates are subject to change and are applicable to taxes.

Guests and companions are welcome to attend the following select conference activities:

  • Local tours and optional activities (Sunday, August 18)
  • Casual Reception, Dinner and Entertainment (Tuesday, August 20)

Registration fees vary on activity and are available through conference registration.


Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations can be made up to July 19, 2019. All cancellations must be received by email to conference@gpcanada.org and are subject to a $150 administration fee. No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received after July 19, 2019. 

Attendee name substitutions are allowed at any time. Please email conference@gpcanada.org with the replacement contact’s information.

No liability is assumed by GPC for changes to the program date, content, speakers, venues, or cancellation of the event. Refunds will not be issued for weather related cancellations.

Local tours and optional activities are subject to the tour providers' cancellation policy.


Guest Cancellation Policy:

Due to event confirmation and banquet guarantees, guest cancellations will only be accepted up to 72 hours before the GPC activity. Cancellations must be provided in writing to conference@gpcanada.org.

No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received after 72 hours prior to the event activity.

NOTE: This guest cancellation policy is only applicable to GPC coordinated events. Optional tours and activities abide by the tour operator cancellation policy.
