There are three phases and pricing structures to registration:

Members can register one non-member at the member rate - a savings of up to $590! From the early-bird rate
The more you register, the more you save!
Note: Registrations must be completed at the same time for the discount fee to apply.
Cancellations can be made up to July 19, 2019. All cancellations must be received by email to email@example.com and are subject to a $150 administration fee. No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received after July 19, 2019.
Attendee name substitutions are allowed at any time. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the replacement contact’s information.
No liability is assumed by GPC for changes to the program date, content, speakers, venues, or cancellation of the event. Refunds will not be issued for weather related cancellations.
Local tours and optional activities are subject to the tour providers' cancellation policy.
Guest Cancellation Policy:
Due to event confirmation and banquet guarantees, guest cancellations will only be accepted up to 72 hours before the GPC activity. Cancellations must be provided in writing to email@example.com.
No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received after 72 hours prior to the event activity.
NOTE: This guest cancellation policy is only applicable to GPC coordinated events. Optional tours and activities abide by the tour operator cancellation policy.
