About the Presentation:

Is your Board fit for purpose?
Every corporate Board can be held ultimately responsible for all material activity in that corporation.  The CEO, hired by the Board, working full time for the corporation, has all the information whereas the Board, working part time and relying on information provided by the CEO, has the ultimate authority.  Is there a disconnect between information and authority?   What could go wrong?
