Jane Halford, CPA, ICD.D

Jane is driven to help organizations and leaders achieve their goals. By leveraging her experience as a CEO, board member, entrepreneur, and Chartered Accountant, Jane brings a breadth of experience to 
individuals and teams she works with. 

Jane is currently the chair of Farm Credit Canada ($47 billion federal crown corporation) and Alpha Phenomics and Herdwhistle Technologies (agriculture /livestock technology start-ups). She is also a 
board member for the Rick Hansen Foundation and International Women’s Forum Canada. Her past board roles include organizations in the non-profit, public, and stock exchange listed entity sectors. Jane also teaches governance for the Institute of Corporate Directors, Governance Professionals of Canada, Deloitte, and Ozone Advisory (Private Company Governance).
